TENSO-M is a leading Russian developer and manufacturer of industrial weighing equipment. Since 1990, we have been producing products that allow our customers to keep accurate weight records and develop their business.

BEAMS
LOAD CELLS

Used in weight measuring and dozing systems, where inset force measuring unit with minimum height and accuracy corresponding 2000-5000 verification intervals is necessary. Cover with high protection class allows to use load cells on the open air, in dump and unheated rooms.

TYPE «SINGLE POINT»

Used in budget desktop and floor platform scales, batches as well as in weighing tanks and containers in laboratories and dry rooms.

Load cells type “Single point” from stainless steel are used in the platforms and conveyor belt scales in weighing tanks and containers at the open air and in the humid rooms.

TENSION AND COMPRESSION LOAD CELLS

Used in weighing tanks and containers. These load cells are easy fitted in hanging constructions and provide with system accuracy from 1000 to 3000 verification intervals. While working in rooms with high humidity we recommend to use load cells type C2H from stainless steel.

LOAD CELLS

Used in weight measuring systems, in which the simplicity and reliability of insertion of load cells, small changes in altitude and also measurement accuracy of 1000-2000 verification intervals is required.

DOSING SYSTEMS FOR OPEN BAGS UP TO 10 KG

Heavy duty dosing systems for packing easily and badly flowing products into open bags up to 10 kg. Because these dosing systems are compact and low, they can be easily integrated into process lines.

This family includes dosing systems of different packing capacities designed to pack easily flowing products, badly flowing products, and granular products into open bags up to 50 kg.

These systems help to pack bulk products such as flour, starch, premixes, combined feed, grain, and granular polystyrol as well as fine products such as cement into valved bags (craft bags).
